Contractor does not always submit report and invoices on time and missed one or two deadline for reviewing, translating and record voice overs for MDH COVID videos.
Contract provides high quality translations and have caught a few poorly translated COVID materials and messaging on mn.gov COVID web page. Contractor also provides high quality community engagement activities including vaccine events.
Good
Despite submitting their reports and invoices late and missing a few deadlines, they provide high quality community engagement activities and translations. They participate at every bi-weekly check-in calls and share their work as well as community events with other API contractors. They are the only contractor that can help translate and review materials in Hindi and Nepali.
