Evaluate the contractor's timeliness As a new state contractor, the first months' reporting was slightly delayed. Reports and invoices were timely after that.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of contractor’s work was impressive. They are a trusted resource within the community and were continually looking for new ways to reach community members. They created multiple, effective videos to increase COVID-19 vaccinations in their community.
