Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Satisfied- The contractor’s timeliness was good for delivering products and invoices on time; however, the TMDL document was delivered in draft form at the end of the deadline rather than final form due to several unforeseen delays in the project. The samples had to be recollected the following year due to a carrier mistake leading to less time for data results, interpretation and analysis. The project area was then expanded to incorporate more of the relevant waterbodies affecting the beaches. Earlier and more frequent communications with the contractor when decisions are made may have avoided the delay in expanding the project area. A new work order has been assigned to the contractor to continue the draft TMDL document revisions and updates, provide public comment presentation, incorporate public comment and EPA comment, and provide final TMDL document.
