Evaluate the contractor's timeliness 3HmongTV turned in their invoices and monthly reporting form on a timely basis. On occasion, they would need prompting by email to turn in invoices/monthly reports but would respond immediately. If I had any questions about what was submitted, they were quick to respond.

Evaluate the contractor's quality 3HmongTV is a great contractor, and their quality of work is wonderful. They have a far reach in the Hmong community and use internet TV and Facebook as a creative to reach their community.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall, 3HmongTV is a great contractor and met the terms and objectives of this contract. They were actively involved in the monthly meetings and a did great job of elevating any needs/concerns of the Hmong community in terms of COVID-19.
