Evaluate the contractor's timeliness KFA was very timely and submitted invoices and monthly reporting forms promptly. If I every had questions about what was submitted, KFA replied immediately.

Evaluate the contractor's quality KFA was a wonderful contractor, and their quality of work was excellent. They were very innovative in their creation of media messages to reach the Karen/Karenni community.

Evaluate the contractor's cost KFA's costs were appropriate.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall, KFA is an excellent contractor and met the terms and objectives of this contract.
