Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Consultant met all established timelines with the project and maintained open channels of communication regarding schedule adjustments.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The consultant was very well versed in the requirements of the contract and completed the requirements with minimal issues and all done to the contract specifications. The firm's experience with the assessment process and working relationship with the Corp of Engineers and National Guard Bureau was invaluable in completing all work to the standard required by the Department of Defense.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The consultant's cost was very competitive with other firms capable of performing this type of work.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The firm's overall performance was exceptional. Their experience with the use of BUILDER and conducting facility assessments was invaluable in providing a useful and informative review of DMA's facilities.
