Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The System Analyst supported development teams by deploying application changes and maintaining development environments and support software. SA also maintained current environments and operated production applications when heightened administrative rights were required. Analyst built and maintained new installations and/or environments as needed by MNIT, DHS, and MNsure project efforts.

There are not sufficient System Analyst middleware support technicians on the MNIT staff - specifically the MNIT@DHS staff- capable of managing the breadth of required software titles, anticipated volume, and quality of work required on this project.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Very high quality work from both Hari and Sri. They continue to stand out above other staff and contractors.

Evaluate the contractor's cost This was a very good value in this contract; the same work from other contractors was costing significantly more per hour.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance I couldn't ask for more as both Hari and Sri continually worked to go above-and-beyond expectations
