Emergency Staffing and Hospital Decompression
{Empty}
Residential long term care facilities are experiencing staffing shortages due to COIVD-19 outbreaks so this vendor hired temporary staff to work up to 14 days in those facilities. The state also needed to increase the number of available nursing home beds so that patients who no longer needed hospital level of care could be discharged, thus relieving the shortage of hospital beds due to the pandemic. This vendor hired employees to staff one of the four decompression sites.

Vendor was extremely responsive to all inquiries and overall has done a good job of identifying and hiring staff as requested with a reasonable amount of time.
Most of the vendor's staff have been good fits in their assigned locations. Vendor was unable to hire the requested number of on call staff for emergency staffing.
Competitive with other staffing firms in this time of extreme staffing shortages.
Very good.
