Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: This contract was created to evaluate the Alternative Delivery of Specialized Instructional Services (ADSIS) program. The purpose of this contract was to evaluate the effectiveness of ADSIS funding to our stakeholders from around the state. Some evaluative questions we wanted to have answered were:
• Who was receiving ADSIS services, and in what subject area?
• Were ADSIS interventions able to prevent unnecessary qualifications for special education?
• Did ADSIS services help increase student performance in reading, math and behavior?
