Contractor was originally acceptable and meeting the standards under the contract. After a year, the contractor’s performance became less than adequate and eventually it resulted in MDVA deciding it no longer needed the contractor’s services.
Initially the contractual relationship was adequate, and the contractor was able to work and learn from staff. However, toward the end of the contract the contractor appeared to be missing certain needed details within his work and became uncooperative with staff.

MDVA did complain about the services through the Contractor’s management. The agency did have concerns regarding the contractor’s staff ability to perform the required duties within the contract.
