COVID eliminated that consideration in the short term. But MnDOT also saw a space need for its maintenance functions and overall security of
its sites. Expertise was needed to evaluate and communicate those issues culminating in an assessment tool that could be
used by MnDOT facility managers and other assessors and a project list from which to schedule short, mid and long-term
fixes.
