Evaluate the contractor's timeliness they always meet what i thought was reasonable.

Evaluate the contractor's quality they stress quality everyday, and it shows.

Evaluate the contractor's cost if you want good quality you cant get it for nothing. they are not the cheapest or the most expensive! you also cant keep good help by paying minimum wages!!
