Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Under the circumstances of COVID the U Of M was proactive in identifying new timelines and substituting deliverables that could be provided given the travel ban. Materials and services were top notch and satisfactory. Communication was good as to how this would be provided and those were provided in a timely manner.
