Evaluate the contractor's timeliness I would have to say that I am overall very unhappy with the timeliness of this contractor. on several occasions he was late to meetings and hard to reach.

Evaluate the contractor's quality I have hard time judging this as there was onging lack of documentation of his work. He did attend regular meetings but, my staff was unaware of some of the work he was doing.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The costs are as expected.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance I think overall we did receive some limited documentation and some analysis. But, as to improved escalations and removing unneeded alerting....I think it was unsuccessful.

Would you engage the contractor's services again? No

Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): After meeting with my team we decided to ask stop work early as we were not seeing the benefits we were expecting.
