Satisfied- The initial contracted project was to complete two WRAPS reports, however the contract was later amended to reduce the final editing tasks, as these were determined to be more appropriately completed by the MPCA. Although this delayed report completion to allow MPCA staff additional time to make revisions, the contract ended on time and amended tasks for HEI were completed.
