If this was a single source contract, explain why the agency determined there was only a single source for the services (if applicable) This was a single source because STI has been forecasting and providing the services tied to EPA and airvision, which is what we use for AQI forecasting. Since they provide the iframes for updating our webpage as well as developed and provide and support for our MN AQI app, we have continued to work with them for continuity of services.
