Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Satisfied- Lapekas was very easy to work with. The contractor is highly knowledgeable about the Baldrige Framework and was able to engage the Agency’s leaders in critical dialogue and planning for the Baldrige Application process. We were asked important questions to help the Agency compile better results data. The contractor also helped us achieve a successful project outcome by reviewing our Application responses for thoroughness and clarity prior to submittal. I would definitely recommend Lapekas to other state government entities who want to begin or improve their Baldrige Framework journey.
