provide surface water monitoring assistance that will fill identified monitoring gaps in Rainy River Headwaters, and Vermilion River watersheds. Work will include civic engagement, data collection, surface water monitoring support, stressor identification assistance, Watershed Restoration and Protection strategy document review.
