Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Very Satisfied- The contractor was very timely in the work components and in developing the WRAPS report, along with other project deliverables.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Very Satisfied- The contractors provided high quality products and input into the project, which contributed to the overall quality of the end product.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Satisfied- The amount and diversity of work that was completed under the agreement was very cost effective.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Very Satisfied- Tetra Tech staff did a great job throughout the project. They were timely in their role, forward thinking in developing project components, and were very accommodating to the pre-set timeline and project focus areas. Tetra Tech has worked on other projects in northeastern Minnesota and has a great depth of knowledge on technical issues, some of which are unique to the area. Tetra Tech project staff were able to tap additional expertise within the company to support MPCA modeling staff on technical modeling issues. They have a great depth of understanding and introduced additional aspects that were beyond my purview but enhanced the overall quality of the project.
