Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Very Satisfied- Bay West has kept in constant communication with me throughout the corrective action process, and kept the project moving. The contractor responds to emails/phone calls in a very timely manner. The work was also completed in a very timely manner.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Very Satisfied- Bay West’s system design reports, work plans and submittals were detailed and complete.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Satisfied- Invoices were clear and complete and submitted in a timely manner. Budget was well prepared.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Very Satisfied- Bay West has handled this difficult project very well. I’ve enjoyed working with the contractors on this project, and they have kept this project moving along. Bay West was able to maintain a very busy schedule, as this project has required a lot of coordination, etc. The contractor has kept me updated at all times and is great when it comes to handling special or difficult situations. They’ve had to be very adaptable as well, as sometimes the situation at the site would change quickly (i.e. development).This site also required a lot of communication with a difficult property owner, and Bay West handled this well. Bay West oversaw the AS/SVE system installation and has managed the contractors very well.
