Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Very Satisfied- ATC kept me updated on a regular basis and the contractor responded to my calls/emails in a very timely manner. Reports and invoices were also submitted quickly.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Satisfied- All submittals were detailed and complete. ATC was able to accomplish the goals of the contract.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Satisfied- Invoices were submitted regularly and the budget was managed well.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Satisfied- The contractor keeps me updated on site status and responds to all emails/calls in a very timely manner. We had some access issues with the City, which slowed progress at the site. However, we were able to meet with the City and ultimately come up with a plan that they agreed to. The contractor assisted us with those discussions in order to ultimately get property access. Additional time was needed to coordinate with the City and come to an agreement on well placement, and so there were change orders that were necessary for this additional time. However, this extra time couldn’t have been reasonably anticipated. Work plans, reports and other submittals were submitted quickly and were detailed and comprehensive.
