Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Terracon will conducting oversight of installation of vapor mitigation systems at three properties which includes conducting post-mitigation sampling (non-heating and heating season), seasonal follow-up vapor investigation at two properties, and conducting building specific vapor investigation at up to seven properties (non-heating and heating season). A property report will be completed for each vapor investigation which totals up to 12 reports.
