Very Satisfied- The contractor kept me updated regarding site status on a regular basis. My phone calls and emails were always answered in a very timely manner. Submitted invoices frequently and very timely.
Very Satisfied- Bay West was able to accomplish the goals of the contract
Satisfied- There were funds remaining in the work order because we weren’t able to complete as much MIP work as we had anticipated. This could not have been anticipated and was out of the contractor’s control. This was due to access issues, and the fact that the scope of MIP work changed due to additional information gathered during the investigation.
Very Satisfied- The Contractor has handled this site extremely well, given all of its difficulties (uncooperative property owners, access issues, add’l source investigation). Bay West had to be very adaptable, as the situation with certain property owners would change quickly and we also weren’t certain what results the additional source investigation (MIP drilling) would be and which direction it would take us. Bay West was able to handle these special situations very efficiently. The budget was also well prepared and no change orders were needed. There were funds remaining in the work order because we weren’t able to complete as much MIP work as we had anticipated. This could not have been reasonably anticipated and was out of the contractor’s control. This project also required a great deal of communication with subcontractors and property owners, and Bay West handled this well.
