Satisfied
Very Satisfied- AECOM was able to effectively accomplish the goals of the contract.
Satisfied- This has been a very difficult project to budget for, as there are many factors or “moving parts” to consider, one of which was working with another agency. This made it difficult to predict or estimate costs. However, AECOM prepared and managed the budgets well.
Invoices were not submitted frequently and on a regular basis. In addition, some invoices were not able to be processed due to errors. And those errors were not corrected in a timely manner.
Satisfied- I’ve enjoyed working with the contractor on this project. The Contractor's considerable experience with large corrective action excavation projects made my job as a PM much easier, and was crucial for moving this project along.
The contractor was a great communicator with all stakeholders involved in this large corrective action project. This was key in keeping the project moving along. This project has required a lot of time coordinating with adjacent property owners, utility companies, MnDOT and the City. AECOM was able to keep all aspects of the project moving along and a successful excavation was completed. The contractor's extensive experience and technical expertise on these types of projects made it easy for me to manage. The only issues we had were with invoice submittals (infrequent) and the timeliness of work plan submittals, which I understand was a workload issue and internal review process issue.
