Up to 25 residences will also be sampled for VOCs. As requested by MPCA, WCEC may also collect samples from residences with existing GAC vessels to treat the water. Sampling will occur primarily north of I-94 (Lake Elmo, West Lakeland, Stillwater, Oakdale, and Lakeland areas).
