Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: WCEC will provide scheduling and tracking assistance to the MPCA in regards to granular activated carbon (GAC) filter system installations. This includes assistance with the scheduling and tracking of GAC installations at up to 300 residences in in the Oakdale, Lake Elmo, Stillwater, West Lakeland, and Lakeland areas, along with the tracking of periodic GAC maintenance and repair. Summary reports of progress will be provided, and a database of systems installed will be maintained by WCEC.
