Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contracted work was completed 3 months after the original deadline. Completion was delayed primarily because of complications in the translation/voiceover work. I believe the contractor underestimated the difficulty it takes to translate and complete voiceovers for multiple videos.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality was medium to high. The final video products are good and meet the original expectations the project started with. The translation process was difficult which meant the script process was a bit rushed and we were unable to make changes later on in the process that we wanted. Better communication from the vendor would have been helpful in terms of what was realistic in our process and which parts of the project would be difficult. The staff was friendly and good to work with otherwise.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Cost was good. The cost was about 10% less than the max potential budget and did not request additional funds.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Performance was good but not outstanding.
