Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: ATC will oversee the drilling of 11 temporary soil borings and 4 shallow temporary soil borings to assess the extent and magnitude of contamination. Samples of soil, groundwater, and soil vapor will be obtained by ATC and transported to a subcontracted laboratory for analysis. Additionally, further investigation regarding offsite water receptors will be conducted by ATC. At the conclusion of the investigation, ATC will complete a Monitoring Report summarizing all data collected. Consultant will follow the current MPCA Purchasing Manual to obtain all subcontracted services.
