Mercer completed their work timely. There were monthly deadlines each year for the CCBHC wrap payment deliverables, and due to Mercer's work, we have consistently made monthly CCBHC wrap payments to the CCBHCs.
The quality of work done by Mercer has been good - they have been reliable, trustworthy partners throughout the CCBHC federal Demonstration and into our State Plan authority. Mercer's team has an individual who participated on CMS' team to develop CCBHC fiscal materials - this has been very advantageous to the State of MN and the CCBHCs.
The contractor's costs were competitive.
Mercer's team has an individual who participated on the federal CMS team in developing the CCBHC fiscal materials - this has been very advantageous to the State of MN and the CCBHCs. Mercer also has a lot of bench strength in the area of mental health rate methodologies - their work on the rates study report was comprehensive and very well done.
