Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Braun Intertec will install sub-slab vapor pins at up to 19 buildings to facilitate collection of soil vapor samples. In total, up to 126 soil vapor samples will be collected by Braun. Results of the vapor investigation will be provided in Data Reports for each building/property. In addition, Braun will prepare up to three bid specifications for sub-slab depressurization systems. Braun will perform all services and subcontracting per the purchasing manual.
