Contractor completed duties as quickly as possible. Delays were more due to lack of response from participants and target interviewees. The contractor extended multiple invitations and used multiple access points to increase response and timeliness.

The final deliverable was a month delayed as final edits to deliverables were navigated with vendor. This was not a problem.
Contractor provides high quality deliverables. Contractor is quite conservative on interpretation of data. It is important to be clear on the intended use of data and navigate the degree of inferencing acceptable to the project. Additionally work with contractor for key terms and clarifying audience and specificity of take-aways. The work is of top quality and action research is not as rigorous as control group studies.
The cost is competitive.
The contractor has a team that provides quality service. This round of contract we had a stronger communication cycle and worked on each draft together to be clear on terms. Additionally we brought in a participant to assist in providing feedback on terminology.

Anticipate providing more background information on how schools work, funding sources, and the multiple ways that work can happen to support activities. Not all Wilder staff are equally prepared to work with schools. They know research and do it really well.
