Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Soil vapor extraction (SVE) system operations and maintenance for the tetrachloroethylene release to groundwater at the Rochester Groundwater Contamination Site, 2002 2nd St SW, Rochester. System monitored weekly via remote telemetry equipment and through monthly site visits to: monitor and record operational parameters and make operational adjustments to ensure optimum SVE system performance. Also, to conduct visual inspections, clean vents and waste accumulation tanks. Conduct sampling of groundwater, soil gas and indoor air to confirm SVE system performance and related contaminant containment and control.
