IDI LLC is the sole source for this accreditation and we found the training to be conducted very well.

If this was a single source contract, explain why the agency determined there was only a single source for the services (if applicable) IDI LLC. Is the only source to obtain certification as a licensed IDI® Qualified Administrator for the use of the Intercultural Development Inventory Assessment which has been selected as the tool of choice to meet the Governor’s strategic initiatives for advancing cultural competence across the State of Minnesota. This is the pilot program for the introduction of this assessment tool to agencies across the state through the Office of the Chief Inclusion Officer – Chris Taylor. In order to successfully complete this initiative, a team of Qualified Administrators (QA) must be trained and certified in this tool. The use of this tool is much more economically beneficial with internal QAs versus the use of external resources to accomplish the same results.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of the training and the materials distributed to the participants was very good. It met all requirements.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The contractors fees are provided at a Government discount. IDI LLC provides their training at a competitive market price.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Very pleased with the overall performance of the program. Would recommend vendor to others. We will use them again as we continued to expand our IDI QA population across the State.
