Evaluate the contractor's quality Contractor quality was excellent. Drafts were sent out timely to advisory work group for input, edits and revisions and was always successfully captured.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Costs were very reasonable for the quality of the product. There was never any issue with invoicing beyond what was budgeted for the deliverables.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Excellent overall performance. Absolutely no issues with their work.
