via REALMS if they the files are digitized. Multiple staff need access to these files especially for a project. With staff working
outside of the office more frequently, scanned files allow for a more efficient workflow. MnDOT does not have the staff to
scan the amount of parcels necessary.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Good communication between Dave and Bridget/Molly for handoffs. Turn around times for scanning was sufficient.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Cost was appropriate. Easier to track for both Shepherd and MnDOT when we went to a per box rate.
