Vendor was consistently timely and responsive to inquiries, emails, calls etc.

Vendor timeliness in referring workers was ok. This was a difficult to find workers available and willing to work in congregate settings with active covid. These are historically difficult to fill jobs and covid 19 exacerbated this notably.
The vendor's quality was very good. The vendor was responsive, promptly responded to questions or challenges with workers, including identifying and providing replacements promptly when necessary.
The vendor's cost was higher than other vendors. However, the vendor was the one that met the majority of the emergency staffing needs. The cost difference was worth it for the results attained.
