Contractors analyze medical records and provide statements regarding applicants' residual level of function. The Code of Federal Regulations require these claims be reviewed by licensed medical doctors, psychologists, and speech language pathologists

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness In the initial years of the contract, contractor was consistently on time with his work and hours. Very diligent in completing medical reviews in an accurate and efficient manner. In the last year, due to unforeseen circumstances such as the pandemic, the contractor was not able to provide his consultant services consistently.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Contractor was very thorough in his medical reviews and maintained accuracy in his work. Consultant was open to feedback as well.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Contractor was very dependable, knowledgeable, efficient and accurate. While he at times struggled with learning new software, with practice he was able to manage new systems.
