Contractor was always on point, worked up front with and outline and calendar, very collaborative and always on time with reminders and always accommodating of the Zoo's needs.
Contractor went above and beyond to learn our prospect group & CRM data exports as well as overall business processes in Membership department. Always made thoughtful interpretations of the final analyses, including campaign timing and total amounts of prospects mailed, as well as organized final analyses of each campaign and always kept Zoo's revenue goals in perspective.
Evaluator was picked during a formal RFP process and was most cost effective and qualified for the services the Zoo was looking for. Contractor was very upfront with Experian costs and always circled back before assuming large prospect list purchases. There was no indication of any "surprise" invoices or deliverables.
Overall this contractor was a great partner, excelling in communication and collaboration with the Zoo. Established a direct mail program to build on for years to come.

Unfortunately due to the pandemic, Elliott Marketing Group made the decision to close after 30 years in business. They were devastated over the loss of many cultural based companies that were not able to complete contracts in 2020. Their services ended January 31, 2021.
