The primary objective of the County Road Safety Plans is to identify a specific set of low-cost systematic safety projects that are
linked directly to the causation factors associated with the most severe crashes on the County’s system of highways. The
purpose of this project was to review completed analysis data by the previous contractor and complete the County Road Safety
Plans for each of the 14 counties and provide GIS data for five counties who chose to receive additional GIS data related to their
report.
