Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: This work was part of a federal grant project to educate apprenticeship sponsors as to the benefits of having a diverse and inclusive workforce, to share best practices and provide support resources. The vendor conducted consultations with registered apprenticeship sponsors and employers. A list was provided by the agency. Each Consultation required one initial phone meeting, one in-person or extended remote meeting and follow-up materials. Updates throughout the project and a final activity report was provided.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor was very timely. In fact, Patricia Jesperson completed consultations early enough that she was able to pick up additional consultations that a second vendor was unable to complete.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Patricia was committed to the project, interested in the work and every step was completed at a very high quality.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Reasonable.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The contractor exceeded expectations. Patricia was great to work with and brought a high level of professionalism to her interactions with staff and apprenticeship stakeholders. She was knowledgeable, personable and is skilled in her work.
