Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Mead & Hunt exceeded expectations by meeting all design deadlines on the compressed timeline for the project. Complete sets of plans and specifications were required for four separate Transient Training buildings
that been damaged or destroyed by a tornado in 9 months. The project was bid
and successfully executed on time.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Management of the construction phase of the work was also handled in a professional and timely manner by Mead & Hunt.
