Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor had change in main contact within period, both were responsive to meet deadlines.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Contractor has high quality partnerships within tribal community and across different community organizations. Their ability to support the COVID response in partnership with the contract tracer work plus community engagement was a challenge but was aligned with work.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Contractor cost was acceptable based on the request and expected deliverables.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Contractor was able to meet contract duties, staff turnover; number of staff sick during timeframe delayed some project activities but continued to deliver high quality resources despite ongoing challenges.
