Evaluate the contractor's timeliness This vendor’s resources provided support and maintenance services as needed for day to day operations. They also responded to requests for information and data from the MNDRIVE implementation team. Requests were handled in a timely fashion and no negative performance was experience during the transition from MNLARS to MNDRIVE

Evaluate the contractor's quality All contractors provide timely and complete responses to requests for service. All requests were closed/completed when MNLARS was decommissioned.
