Once MNDRIVE was selected as the new vehicle management system for the state, all new software development stopped. Until MNDRIVE was able to go live, MNLARS needed to be supported, maintained and kept fully operational. This contractor assisted with day to day system support and maintenance, answered questions from business users and provided information and data as requested to the MNDRIVE implementation team.
This resource also played a key role in the decommissioning of MNLARS one MNDRIVE went live. He assisted with planning and identification of servers needing to be decommissioned and aided the operations team.

This resources provided support and maintenance services as needed for day to day operations. They also responded to requests for information and data from the MNDRIVE implementation team. They also were a part of the planning and decommissioning team for MNLARS. Requests were handled in a timely fashion and no negative performance was experience during the transition from MNLARS to MNDRIVE. Decommissioning was completed in full and on time.
The contractor provide timely and complete responses to requests for service. All requests were closed/completed when MNLARS was decommissioned.
The cost for all resources was appropriate for the work performed.
The contractor was extremely professional and dedicated to the system’s performance and continued operations given the limited team providing support. All requests were handled timely and answered completely.
NOTE: This contractor spent many years working on vehicle initiatives (pre MNLARS and MNLARS) and is well respected and liked. He was a great asset to the teams.
