Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Dan has been on time consistently. When Dan is aware that he will be late or he needs to cancel his group, he will inform this writer before hand. On a few occasions, it has not been timely. While providing services via Skype, then Teams, Dan did not provide monthly invoices in a timely manner. This was addressed and I have no concerns about his future timeliness.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Dan consistently provides a superior quality of care for patients. Dan is knowledgeable, compassionate, and competent. He connects well with patients and is a valuable asset to the spiritual care department.

Evaluate the contractor's cost This is an acceptable rate for the services he provides.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Dan is a valuable asset to AMRTC spiritual care department. He provides a variety of resources from the Indigenous traditions and is creative with his offerings. Dan connects well with AMRTC patients.
