Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Joan has been consistently on time and would provide this writer notice if she were to not be on site on her scheduled days. Joan was timely when providing her invoices for payment.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Joan provided worship opportunities, provided individual spiritual care for patients and attended groups or staff meetings on occasion. Patients she interacted with appeared to respond well to her care.

Evaluate the contractor's cost This is an acceptable rate for the services she provides.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Spiritual Care Department standards of care changed with the changing of this Chaplain as her supervisor. Joan was willing to adjust previous practices to a different standard of care. Joan willingly stepped in to provide spiritual care when there was a need.
