Contractor was not responsive. It took many attempts at communication before we got a response. Billing was delayed.
Contractor was unable to find qualified candidates in several instances and didn't let us know that they couldn't fulfill the job.
We only paid for $28,000 of hourly services out of the $1 million total amount.
Lower hourly rate than other contractors
