Evaluate the contractor's timeliness BMI provided very timely communication and deliverables. I never had trouble getting in touch with them. They provided quick turn-around on anything that I requested.

Evaluate the contractor's quality BMI is a great consultant. I was especially impressed with the public engagement materials and summaries that they created for the project. I would absolutely utilize them in the future

Evaluate the contractor's cost Costs were appropriate. We ended up coming in under budget, but I anticipate this may have been due to public engagement components being online rather than in person (because of COVID).
