The study was needed to conduct further analysis of the corridor and develop a set of solutions that are affordable to
implement based on future revenues. As a regional corridor, it was important to involve the affected jurisdictions and the public
in the process. The St. Cloud APO as the designated MPO for the area was the appropriate entity to lead this consultant assisted
planning effort.
