The Contractor completed the tasks of the project in the time/schedule that was set by the MDA. The Contractor did a great job providing daily communications to the MDA, recommendations, and feedback regarding the progress of the work.
The quality of the Contractor's services and deliverables was good. The Contractor provided appropriate communications to MDA staff and the MDA's consultant providing oversight on the project. The Contractor performed the services safely and respectfully.
The Contractor's costs and unit prices were fair and reasonable. The Contractor was diligent in providing daily reports and costs to the MDA, allowing the MDA to update the project's budget and to prepare appropriate Work Change Directives to the contract.
The Contractor's performance on the project was great. On-site and management personnel communicated well with the MDA and the MDA's Consultant on a daily basis. Staff responded professionally, appropriately, and with flexibility to requests and direction by the MDA and in response to unanticipated challenges encountered during the site work. The Contractor appropriately and professionally managed and directed their subcontractors to provide adequate services.
